Title: Project Engineer
Location: Qingpu Shanghai
Reporting Relationship: Project management manager, IMI CE Greater China

Main Focus and Challenges
Ensure orders received are delivered on time, with good quality.Control the project cost and capital in the budget. Support acquisition activities and budget fabrication . Support company in business growth to achieve its 5 year strategic plan.

Specific Responsibilities
-Order recognize and Corb packing review with Inside sales
-Corb meeting organized and clarify projects requirement
-Project Leader to coordinate purchasing, forwarder,finance,and manufacture site to ensure project delivery in time with good quality performance.
-Open windows between customer and internal team to align the debate.
-Coordinate on customer complaint to improve the customer satisfaction.
-Master project List owner to regular update project information include of deliver timing,margin and etc.
-Track customer payment in all terms of the project as owner of controller in account receiveable.
-Support acquisition activities include of win&loss analysis to factory sales on customer requirement, marketting analysis and inside capability.
-IFS owner in the project content to maintain the data in the system.
-Track and update project status and prepare weekly report
-Organize project team meeting to resolove project issues.
-Visualize project job sheet in Obeya room. Tracking the problem through 3C.
-Capture lessons learn for the team
-Change management external and internal.
-Documents collection for customer acceptance.
-Project file management and store in all phase.
-Support rolling forecast quaterly.
-Procedure improvement through VSM.
-20% workload as factory sales as acquisition leader representive China factory

Qualifications and Experience
-Formal Education : Bachelor degree or equivalent
-Knowledge:
1. Valve sizing knowlege in Power generation, Boiler, or Petrochemical field.
2. Basic mechanical product and metal material knowledge
3. Project management skill such as APQP knowledge
4. Base financial knowlege on cost control
-Experience:
1. Power generation, Boiler, or petrochemical field experience..
2. Project leaders for trading projects
3. Inside sales experience as a plus
4. Project leaders for manufacture as a plus
