Key Responsibilities 主要职责1. Implementation of national, local government and company regulations, achieve zero accidents.严格执行国家、当地政府和公司的规章制度，实现安全零事故；2. Responsible for high voltage distribution cabinet and on-site electrical equipment daily management and maintenance, analyze and dispose of electric failures, to keep their running in a good reliability and availability.负责高压配电柜及现场电气设备的日常管理和维护工作，分析和处理各种电气故障，以确保电气设备的可靠性和可用性；3. Assisting Maintenance Supervisor to draft and implement kinds of maintenance plan (electric part), repairing facilities on time after incident.协助维修主管制定和执行电气PM计划，发生故障后，及时进行维修；4. Assisting Maintenance Supervisor to draft and implement kinds of electric management rulers & maintenance SOP, implementation of LOTO SOP, in time updated SOP.协助维修主管编撰并执行工厂关于电气的维修SOP，执行挂牌锁定程序，及时更新SOP；5. Responsible for spare parts (electric part) application and management.负责电气备件的申请和管理；6. Responsible for monitoring the workload and work quality of subcontractor. 分包商管理；7. Responsible for other works related with maintenance. 其他维修相关事宜。
Key Competencies Required对应核心能力要求1. College, major in Automatic Control or electrical related. 电气类专业大专以上学历；2. With over 3-5 years maintenance experience in chemical industry or project. 至少3年以上高压电气维护工作经验，了解变电所倒闸操作流程，熟悉6.6KV&10KV供电系统及设备，有运维证和调度证者优先考虑；3. Ability on reading and writing in English.有基础英文读、写能力；4. Well operation at MS Excel, Word, Power point. 熟悉办公软件；5. Good at learning, planning and implementation. Good logistic analytic capability.较强的学习能力，分析能力，计划和执行能力。
