Essential Requirements:
-Candidate must have excellent oral and written English (or German) skills;
-3 years of experience in working with a microscope is preferred;
-Experience in working with high-frequencies is preferred;
-Experience in working with SMD Soldering or CNC Laser is preferred;
-Experience in working in a cleanroom is preferred.

Main Tasks:
-Technical supervision of different production processes;
-IQC and Material inspection for internal and external production;
-Maintenance and Calibration of mechanical/electrical/optical equipment;
-Create Work Instructions and other documents for production guidance;
-Training of new operators, line leaders, IPQC;
-Process Auditing of operators, line leaders, IPQC;
-Control production output and quality.
