Responsibilities:
1. Manage and control production fields for the best quality from searching for field area to harvesting and delivery to Seed Plant. 
2. Assign the responsibility and manage seasonal labor and follow up working result according to the production target.
3. Delivery company quality control technology and implement the quality procedure in both field operation and plant operations as it is needed. 
 
REQUIREMENTS
1.Education: Degree in Engineering/ Agriculture.
2.Experience:  6-7 months 
3.Knowledge of seed field production
4.Good communication skill.
5 Good computer skill
