Summary of Position:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager, who will be responsible to support both Service Provider and segments on new customer development in .
Key Accountabilities:
· Further develop and maintain business relationship with assigned accounts under different business segment.
· Identify short and long terms customers’ needs and derive service offerings to win new business.
· Apply your knowledge to support the company with strategy and tactic development within the assigned account(s).
· Meet or exceed assigned target under assigned account(s).
· Work with business segment/solution/R&D/site to develop bids, proposals and presentations packages against customers’ requirement.
· Drive and support any quote activities with cross-functional teams within a specific time frame.
Lead and direct cross-functional teams to ensure resources are in place to meet your business needs, objectives and assigned targets.
Educational Requirements:
· Bachelor degree or above in Business or Electrical/Electronic Engineering related discipline, MBA preferred.
Experience:
· More than 5 years of working experience, at least 3 years in sales, marketing or business development related positions, experience in Telecom, Internet Service Provider and/or IT (especially in Server segment) is preferred.
· Good knowledge in electronic, communications and ODM markets with strong business analysis capabilities.
· Proven records in winning new customer/project.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong interpersonal skill and ability to deal with people at all levels
· Ability to work with and influence other individuals in non-confrontational manner.
