POSITION OVERVIEW项目管理经理需要负责协助建立和管控金沙湾所有演艺项目时间线，预算和所有演艺开业前期的工作。The project manager under Entertainment Operations will be responsible for assisting all project schedule, budgeting and all pre-opening related work for the Golden Bay Resort.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES负责策划及管控项目节点，控制预算，配合采购和合同签署工作Responsible for all Entertainment Productions and Technical related budgeting, procurement and contracting work负责协调审查所有演艺相关图纸并与设计部对接。Responsible for the coordination of all vetting work required for entertainment related drawings and be the mainpoint of contact for the Design Team.核对项目所涉及的各项信息，监督进度，以确保各方按时交付Collate information and produce schedules to ensure that key deliverables by the different parties are timely.有效地计划和控制预算Plan and control production budget确保在项目的实施过程中各方进行有效的计划和沟通Plan and oversee coordination with different parties, including senior management, through the production process to ensure effective communication and efficient planning.协助建立制作和技术演艺运营标准和流程Assists in developing policies, processes and standards required for the Production and Technical Team维持公司合作方和资源库，并与各通道供应商保持良好关系Establish a strong network of vendors and partners locally and internationally负责于项目现场的安全问题，保证项目良好实施Responsible for ensuring implementation of Workplace Health and Safety standards for shows独立准备的完成项目进展报告Prepare show progress updates and administrative reports for management reviewEDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/S相关专业学士学位Bachelor Degree in related fieldFUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE至少3-5年的制作经验及项目管理经验At least 3-5 years in a production role and/or project management role对于现场娱乐演出扎实的基本知识结构和夯实的工作执行能力，并具有一定的概念性思维A strong working knowledge of the entire show development process for live entertainment, from concept through production有相关舞台制作及剧目设计的经验Good knowledge of Theatre design and construction is a plus
