- RFQ handling / Offer preparation.
- RFS handling / Sample delivery.
- Follow up with customers for quotation / sample feedback. RFQ and Sample status must be updated in time in offer sheet or salesforce.
- Assist C/S & Sales for payemnt collection.
- Monthly RFC update.
- Assist Sales for any quality compliant including sample quality complaint.
- Assist Sales for any delivery complaint.
- Assist Sales for price maintenance.
- Assist Sales to improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist Sales for customer contract review.
- As Sales backup when sales is out of office.
- Any other assist needed from Sales.
