Main Responsibilities

1. Preparation of export/ import declaration for SDV Hong Kong key customers.
2. Collect from Hong Kong Operation BU the necessary import/ export documents (invoice, packing list, HAWB or HBL copies…etc).
3. Classify commodities to the proper HS code as per exporter packing list/ invoice details.
4. Maintain a database of the commodities+ HS code for specific Hong Kong Key Accounts.
5. Lodge Export declaration on behalf of SDV HKG under Tradelink website.
6. Maintain proper record and filing of the lodged declaration.
7. Prepare export/ import declaration document according to client’s request.
 8. Coordinate with related parties to follow up shipments

Requirements
        1. College Degree or above
2. Minimum 1 year experience in export/ import declaration
3. Basic English in reading & writing
4. Good Mandarin and Cantonese
5. Possess good communication skills and computer skill
