Essential Requirements:
- University degree or above， with minimum of two years’ experience of shop floor scheduling, familiar with production process.
- Experience of cable production is preferred.
- Familiar with SAP system.
- Good computer skills of Microsoft Office, Outlook etc..
- Good knowledge about flow line production.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Average English level both in oral and written.

Main Tasks:
- Follow all written procedures as outlined in the Global Management System and local instructions.
- Control and coordinate long term and midterm production schedule, and work close with Production Supervisor for daily short term production schedule, ensure committed production order finish dates are respected.
- Optimize production lead-time and the production schedule to maximize the capacity using, increase the flexibility, and the best cost control economically.
- Release planned production orders and ensures optimized working in process by working close to production supervisor to plan shift and line schedules.
- Keep in touch with SCM material management planner closely. Update the production status if any potential risks which will impact the goods on time delivery as well as shipment delay.
- Coordinate with Process Engineer about technical issue (tooling, machine, documents etc.) for new products in view of planning.
- Coordinate with EHS Engineer to ensure in line with ISO****** & OHSAS****** & IRIS standard requirement.
- Other task as delegated by LF W+C Manufacturing Unit Manager.
