The Door person’s main duty is to greet each arrival guest at the hotel main entrance, controlling the order of driveway traffic, assist guests with directions and handling requests of parking, luggage assistance and miscellaneous guest requests. Responsible for fulfilling guest request and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction, is the main purpose of a Door person of the W Chengdu.
在酒店正门口为客人提供热诚的欢迎，控制车道，保持其畅通，为客人指示方向，协助酒店及客人的停车要求，为可人提供语言帮助，帮助客人装卸行李。门童最重要的十要满足客人合乎情理，且不违反法律与道德的各种要求，并确保提供的服务能让客人100％满意。
